Profile

I am interested in how complex systems are built, how their assumptions fail and how they can be made more useful and secure.

My studies in Computer Engineering give me a broad technical foundation, while my current direction brings together cybersecurity and applied artificial intelligence. I enjoy learning through practical work and understanding the reasoning behind a technology, not only how to use it.

I am currently looking for junior roles or internships in my fields, primarily remote. I am also open to the right on-site opportunity where I can contribute, learn from experienced people and take on progressively greater responsibility.

AI internship

Comtrade System Integration

Completed a two-month internship with the AI team, learning how enterprise AI projects are approached and developing hands-on familiarity through collaborative exercises and technical exploration.

  • Practised working with Microsoft Azure and managing sandbox resources with Terraform.
  • Explored vector storage and retrieval with Qdrant using synthetic data.
  • Built and evaluated machine-learning models with Python, XGBoost and AutoGluon.
  • Gained insight into collaborative AI workflows and real-world project considerations.

Beyond computing

I completed music school with piano as my instrument and also play some guitar. Away from a screen, I enjoy travelling, recreational basketball and table tennis. I am also a lifelong video-game enthusiast.
